4 x 6" Thermal Label Rolls are the most popular size in the UK as used by most couriers, including Royal Mail DMO.

These are a direct thermal economy grade uncoated paper label with a permanent acrylic adhesive, designed for use in direct thermal label printers.

All of our thermal label rolls are made in the UK.

Label Specification:

These Direct Thermal Paper Labels are 4 inches wide x 6 inches high, 101.6mm wide x 152.4mm high.

Labels supplied with perforations between each label.

Supplied on a high tack permanent adhesive.

These labels are supplied narrow edge leading (NEL) on a choice of cores;

25mm (1") cores with a 127mm (5") maximum outside diameter

76mm (3") cores with a 200mm (8") maximum outside diameter

These fit a huge range of label printers;

25mm (1") cores fit all Zebra desktop label printers, such as Zebra GK420d, ZD420d, LP2844 and Citizen label printers CLP521, CLP621, CLP631, CLS521, CLS621, CLS631.

76mm (3") cores fit all Zebra industrial label printers, such as Zebra ZT220, ZT230, ZT410, ZT411, ZT420, ZT421 as well as many more industrial label printers.

Material:

White thermal paper, from FSC® certified forest management. Direct Thermal Labels are ideal for short shelf life items, address & shipping labels and don't require any kind of ink ribbons.
